Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Programs

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between farmers and consumers. Consumers purchase a share of the crops, usually well in advance of the next growing season. Beginning in early summer, members receive a weekly share of the crops that are currently being harvested. The weekly share continues through late fall. Contents, size & price of a share vary between farms.

A few CSAs also offer a winter membership. Some CSAs offer shares or partial shares in exchange for work.
